The Q2 Xbox 360 update is here and among all the new features it brings I came across a nice little added extra; Posting to Jaiku or Twitter from the 360.

Maybe it's not the most exciting thing in the world, but for some people it may become a huge thing, the ability to update all your followers/friends exactly what you're up to in the game your playing, the ability to put out a global invite to play with you, etc.

This is how you do it:

1. Signup to IMified by doing the following: 
1. Add imified@imified.com to your WLMessenger contact list.
2. Send any message to the new contact.
2. Send the command for 'My Account' ('4' on creation).
3. Click the link for 'Add/Edit Widgets'.
4. In the list of Widgets you can choose to add the 'Twitter + Jaiku', 'Jaiku' or 'Twitter' Widget.
5. After click the 'Add to Menu' button fill out all necessary details.
6. Once you've done all that go to your Xbox 360.
7. Make sure you have the latest 360 update, to do so you just need to log into Xbox Live.
8. Sign up to the Messenger service under the Chat item on the default blade.

Now you'll be able to send messages to Jaiku or Twitter via the IMified contact on your 360.
