It's a good thing I like to check the logs for Drupal, because had I not I wouldn't have noticed that my site had been heavily trackback spammed.

All spam has now been removed, but unfortunately I had to change the trackback method on the site from open to go into an approval queue. I never particularly like having to do that because it means if I don't check the queue frequently some trackbacks may be delayed...

Oh all the spam the site got hit with, ranging from illicit sexual acts to viagra ads, I must say the most offensive of all was the Google link. What sort of spammer would think it appropriate to put a Google link on my site... truly disgusting.
