I ordered my new parts for my money sucking computer yesterday; 1 new "Asus Commando" motherboard and 1 new "Asus DRW-1814BLT-BLK " DVD Drive.

I haven't gone all Asus Fanboy or anything like that, I just wanted a new motherboard that would be good for gaming and that would give me a bit of room for upgrading in the future and as my Gigabyte motherboard has let me down where the Asus motherboard in my HTPC hasn't I decided to go down the Asus road.

The DVD drive was a requirement as the new motherboard only has support for 2 IDE devices it was a lot cheaper to get a new SATA DVD drive than a SATA HDD. An as Asus was the only SATA drive with Lightscribe support it had to be them.
